Return And Exchanges

✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In its original packaging with tags intact

    • Not part of a sale or final clearance item

  • We only accept one-time exchanges per order.


🔁 Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective/damaged items.

  • If your requested size is out of stock, we’ll offer:

    • A replacement product, OR

    • Store credit or refund (your choice).


💸 Return & Refund Policy:

  • Once we receive your return and inspect it, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, we will issue a bank transfer or store credit.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products under Final Sale / Clearance

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering

  • Accessories, innerwear, or freebies


📝 How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  2. Enter your order number and email/phone

  3. Select your reason for return or exchange

  4. Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours


📦 Return Shipping:

  • In case of a damaged or wrong product, return shipping is FREE.

  • For size or preference returns, the customer bears the shipping cost.

  • You can also self-ship the item to our return address shared after approval.
