Refund Policy

🛑 Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • To cancel, please contact us via call or WhatsApp at +91 63532 67511.

Note:

  • If cancellation is requested after 24 hours, 60% of the order amount will be deducted.

  • An additional 20% deduction is applicable on all cancellations (regardless of time) to cover payment gateway charges.

🌍 International Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, due to our error.

  • You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video starting from the sealed packaging is mandatory for return approval.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Import duties, return costs, and exchange shipping charges are also to be borne by the buyer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, including orders placed under free shipping offers.

  • In case of a refund, only the product cost will be refunded.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • A flat ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Unboxing video proof is mandatory to qualify for any refund.

🚫 Non-Eligible Returns

  • Return requests made after 7 days of delivery.

  • Products returned without unboxing video proof.

  • Products that are used, damaged, or incomplete (if not our fault).

  • Items not in original packaging or missing accessories.
