Shipping Policy

At Silkonic, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with prior approval from us.

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as shipped.

  • A copy of the invoice must be included with the returned item.

  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted for accessories, sale or discounted items.

  • In case of a defective or damaged product, please share a clear photo for verification. We will replace the item with the same style and design.

  • A processing fee of 2.5% of the billed amount or ₹150 (whichever is higher) may be deducted from the refund as an admin/payment gateway charge.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping must be done via India Post or courier service, and the cost will be borne by the customer.

  • Exchange shipping charges will be covered by Silkonic.

  • We do not offer refunds if you simply do not like the product; instead, store credit will be provided.

  • All legal matters related to disputes will be handled under Surat jurisdiction.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping cost in Domestic (India): Free per item.

  • International: ₹1000 (approx. $15) per item; may vary depending on courier availability.

Delivery Time

  • Domestic orders typically deliver within 8-10 days, and metro cities may receive orders in 5-7 days.

  • International deliveries take approximately 1-5 business days, depending on location and courier.

  • For custom stitching orders, please allow 3-5 additional working days.

Shipping Delays & Conditions

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We will keep you updated on your order status.

  • Silkonic is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address or unavailability of recipient at delivery.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellation requests can be accepted only before the order is processed.

  • Changes to the delivery address or order details must be communicated within 2-4 hours of placing the order.

  • Separate orders must be placed for multiple shipping addresses.

  • Customers will bear any penalties or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Missing Shipments

  • If your shipment is lost in transit, we will reprocess your order after a waiting period of 1-5 business days.

  • If the item is unavailable, you may request a refund or select an alternative product.
